Purpose of the Role
First impressions matter. You'll be the anchor at the door - helping people find their feet, feel safe, and know they're in the right place.
Key Tasks
- Welcome every citizen warmly as they arrive.
- Help visitors understand what's on and where to go.
- Make introductions between citizens and the right team members or services.
- Keep the entrance area calm, safe and easy to navigate.
- Act as an early signal if someone needs additional support.
Skills & Qualities
- Naturally warm and confident with new people.
- Calm and steady - especially in a busy environment.
- Good listener who picks up on how people are really doing.
- No formal qualifications needed.
Time Commitment
One session per week (morning or afternoon, flexible).
