What You'll Do
- Carry out grounds maintenance to the highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting, and general gardening.
- Complete property maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, plumbing, painting, and decorating to keep the park and its facilities in excellent condition.
- Inspect and maintain hot tubs, ensuring they are cleaned, refilled, and chemicals are checked daily.
- Identify and proactively resolve maintenance issues across lodges and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards.
- Work within a team to maintain the park's appearance and functionality, supporting development projects as needed.
- Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and owners.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on team player who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, and general landscaping.
- A practical approach to property maintenance, with skills in basic repairs and upkeep.
- A valid full UK driving licence.
- Available to work some weekends and bank holidays.
- Available to be on call when required for emergency call outs and maintenance issues.
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to working safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and proactive attitude.
- Experience with grounds maintenance equipment is beneficial (spraying or tree work qualifications are a plus, but training will be provided).
- Willingness to learn new skills especially related to Hot Tub maintenance.
