Our vehicles play a vital role in supporting the work of Derian House, helping our teams care for babies, children, young people, and their families. We're looking for a Fleet Maintenance Volunteer to help keep our cars, minibus and van safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in looking after vehicles and enjoys practical, hands-on tasks. Working independently, your support will help ensure our fleet is always ready for use.

What you'll be doing:

  • Carry out regular visual safety checks on cars, minibus & van
  • Record and complete basic vehicle check logs
  • Valet and clean vehicles, keeping them presentable and well cared for
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Facilities Team
  • Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety requirements
