We're looking for a passionate and driven Chef De Partie to join our team here at The Bull. Since reopening in 2023, The Bull has become a firm favourite for locals and a destination venue for anyone visiting the Cotswolds - be it autumn or winter in the cosy main buildings, or Spring & Summer in the beautiful garden and terrace. The venue is a busy and fast paced twelve-month-a-year operation, encompassing a pub, restaurant and 12 room hotel.
Salary - £13.50 per hour + Tips (Tips average up to £6 per hour) earn up to £19.50 per hour.

What you'll be doing as a Chef de Partie at The Bull:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Work across different sections of the kitchen, supporting the smooth running of service.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your section.
- Assist with stock control and ensure all food is stored, labelled, and rotated according to food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely delivery of food during service.
- Contribute to the development of new dishes and seasonal menus.
- Maintain excellent communication with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient, positive working environment.
