Our client, one of the UK's largest automotive service providers and tyre retailers, is seeking an experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead their centre in Chippenham. The successful professional will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and delivering excellent customer service.
Benefits
- Salary between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum, with performance related bonuses
- 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays (8:00am 4:00pm) and a day off in the week when working a Saturday

Duties
- Lead the operational management of the centre, ensuring high standards
- Manage a team of approximately 10 staff, including workshop personnel and front of house staff
- Oversee stock control, ensuring proper inventory management
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
- Maximise workshop workflow to optimise efficiency and profitability
- Foster a positive customer experience and resolve any issues effectively
- Support coaching, training, and development of team members
- Drive sales growth while maintaining cost controls and ensuring compliance with all standards
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the automotive or retail sectors, ideally in a Fast Fit or tyre centre environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Track record of achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
- Excellent customer focus with a dedication to delivering outstanding service
- Ability to develop a positive sales culture and enforce operational standards
- Knowledge of stock management, health and safety compliance, and budget control
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
