About Us

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Manager to lead a team dedicated to creating a supportive environment where children and young people can thrive. This role requires a forward thinking, warm, and approachable leader who prioritises safeguarding and works collaboratively with all staff, families, and agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the home meets all requirements of The Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and exceeds the Quality Standards
  • Safeguard the children and young people in your care
  • Lead, manage, and motivate your team to provide the highest quality of care
  • Collaborate positively with agencies, families, and stakeholders
  • Ensure staff work to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people
  • Oversee staff performance and ensure an effective workforce strategy, including recruitment, induction, rota management, supervision, and professional development
  • Monitor facilities, resources, practices, and records regularly following our Quality Assurance Process
  • Strategically develop the home to ensure sustainability, viability, and growth

Key Skills

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience with prior Ofsted registration
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Knowledgeable in current care legislation and high quality outcomes
  • Skilled in providing flexible, personalised care packages
  • Experienced in partnership with local authorities, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Full UK driving licence
