Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitor areas.
- Follow security and safety procedures as defined by the hospital.
- Provide excellent telephone etiquette and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors and service users.
- Undertake any other tasks appropriate for the role.
- Attend mandatory and statutory training as required by Elysium Healthcare.
