A new opportunity has arisen to join our forever growing hazardous waste department based at Chesterfield site supporting a busy department in day-to-day administrative activities and other hazardous waste specific duties. The role offers an opportunity for personal growth within an expanding team and industry. The role will be office based in a busy hazardous waste office working alongside our other team members within the office. You will not only be responsible for the general administration within the hazardous waste department but will also be required to speak with our internal sites, customers, external hauliers, and any other duties as required by the business.

This is a diverse role working within a fast-paced environment, you must be adaptable and be able to prioritise your workload effectively and work with a high degree of care and attention. You will be a team player with excellent administration skills, strong IT skills and good communication skills.

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Mondays to Fridays but there is a need for flexibility as and when the business requires this. £12.75 P/H with any time over 40 hours paid at an enhanced rate. The role will be based Newbridge Lane, Chesterfield, S41 9HY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate processing of business and industry critical paperwork
  • Work within the hazardous administration team to facilitate the smooth process of orders and systems
  • Build relationships with customers and providers through calls, query response and issue resolution
