Salary: £27,976

Location: Sale, M32 8AF

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9-6pm, 40 hours per week + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm

On a day-to-day basis, you'll:

  • Handle customer queries over the phone, providing excellent service and support
  • Update customer information and manage records across multiple systems
  • Resolve issues and answer questions, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
