What you'll be doing as a Deputy General Manager:

  • Leading the overall day to day operation across hospitality, retail café, and executive dining
  • Driving service standards and ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience
  • Acting as a visible operational leader, supporting and developing both kitchen and front of house teams
  • Overseeing hospitality delivery for executive meetings, working lunches, private dining, and key business functions
  • Managing operational planning for large scale annual events, including staffing strategy and logistics coordination
  • Supporting financial performance through labour management, stock oversight, and operational efficiencies
  • Working closely with senior leadership to continuously improve standards, processes, and service delivery
