Responsibilities
- Prepare, prime, paint and finish vehicles to the highest quality.
- Ensure timely completion and compliance with insurers' strict standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace to promote quality and efficiency.
- Use RPE and PPE appropriately and at the correct times.
- Accurately match painted panels to the vehicle's original colour.
- Apply the necessary amount of paint to achieve optimal results.
- Inspect finished paint jobs and polish as required.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a high pressure environment.
- Meet mandatory targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of vehicle painting experience.
- In depth knowledge of vehicle paint processes and techniques.
- Strong team player, willing to support and collaborate with colleagues.
- Capable of completing tasks from start to finish within mandated timeframes and to a high standard.
