JR PAT Testing is an expanding PAT and Compliance Company currently looking for experienced PAT engineers to join our team in Cheltenham. We offer self-employed positions with flexible hours, allowing you to work part-time or full-time. All engineers must have their own insurance and calibrated equipment, meet the City & Guilds 2377 PAT qualification or equivalent, and be reliable and honest with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities
- Perform portable appliance testing (PAT) at a variety of sites such as hospitals, retail outlets and offices.
- Use testing instruments to assess electrical safety and determine whether appliances are fit for use.
- Record results accurately in test reports, completion certificates and checklists; provide copies to clients.
- Inform users of findings, explain reasons for any recommendations for repair or replacement.
- Maintain and update all testing equipment and safety documentation.
- Travel to multiple locations efficiently, working alone or as part of a team, and keep operations organised.
