Reporting to the Chief People Officer the Head of HR is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational leadership and management of the HR Team
Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively with the Management Group and Senior Leadership Team to help develop and deliver corporate plans
- Leadership and management of the HR Team
- Oversight and delivery of the day-to-day operational HR service
- Oversee, support, and guide all operational HR processes
- Lead on recruitment
- Ensure policies/procedures and up to date in line with corporate culture and wider legislation
- Work effectively with managers to resolve Employee Relations issues in a legally compliant, compassionate, and timely manner
- Support Line Managers through a Business Partnering style of relationship
What We Are Looking For?
- Strong experience as a senior HR professional and CIPD qualified - L7 as a minimum
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding HR and recruitment services
- Outstanding communication, collaboration and relationship building skills
