We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our well established kitchen team in a busy hotel restaurant in Christchurch.

The Role

As a CDP, you'll be responsible for running your section efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene. You'll work as part of a supportive brigade in a fast paced but friendly environment.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £29,741 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Tips: Approximately £250 - £400 per month, dependent on business levels
  • Hours: 45 hours per week (contracted)
  • Shifts: Mix of split shifts and straight shifts
  • Typical split: 11am-3pm / 6pm-10pm
  • Team Size: 8 chefs currently in the kitchen
  • Covers: Weekdays: 50-80 covers per day; Weekends: 120-300 covers per day
  • Location: Hotel in Christchurch
  • Live-in: Not available
