Are you a talented Chef De Partie or Commis Chef looking to learn and hone your craft? This could be the perfect move. You'll be working with a close-knit, supportive team known for their positive culture and commitment to fresh high-quality food - serving up to 120 covers on busy Sunday lunches with a carvery. They have been a popular venue and have regulars coming here for over 15 years! The menu consists of fresh, seasonal dishes prepared fully in-house with the pub classics done right. You'll enjoy creative freedom, contribute your own specials, and help maintain high standards across the kitchen. This is a great venue with quick decision-making, and no restrictions when it comes to replacing or investing in new equipment. The kitchen team is passionate, friendly and happy to teach junior members of the team, with some members being there for over 20 years! They take pride in delivering great service, preparing seasonal specials, and going home at the end of the day knowing everything runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Chef is Ideal
  • A chef who's eager to grow, develop, and lead a team
