Job Overview:

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining exceptional kitchen standards. Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams, you will help deliver an outstanding dining experience for every guest. You will ensure all dishes are prepared in line with menu specifications, stay up to date with menu changes, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards will be a key part of the role.
