We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven chef looking to develop their career in a high-quality, fresh-food environment where creativity and attention to detail are key.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional dishes that meet our standards. You will work closely with the Senior Chefs to maintain quality, efficiency, and innovation across the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of preparation and presentation
  • Maintain consistency and quality in line with Rosette-level expectations
  • Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Background in a quality fresh-food kitchen
  • Strong understanding of modern cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
