As a Chef De Partie you will be responsible for the running of a section as part of our fantastic kitchen team. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
- Running your designated section within the kitchen when on duty.
- Following our high standards of food hygiene and following health & safety guidelines.
