The Role

As Senior Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales process from initial order through to completion, ensuring customers receive a seamless and professional service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing customer enquiries and providing exceptional service
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Handling quotations, invoicing and general sales administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting the wider sales team with administrative duties
  • Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with previous experience within a sales administration or sales order processing role who is highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of working independently. You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales administration/order processing position
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and professional approach
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems/CRM platforms
