We're currently recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Service Supervisor to join a successful dealership in the Maidstone area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong aftersales or service reception experience who is looking to step into a leadership role within a busy and professional service department. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the aftersales operation, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workshop flow and strong team performance.
The Role
- Supporting the daily operation of the service department
- Supervising and supporting the front‑of‑house aftersales team
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
- Assisting with workshop loading and job allocation
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting departmental performance, upselling and KPI achievement
- Working closely with senior management on operational improvements
- Maintaining strong manufacturer and company process standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within an automotive aftersales environment
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor or Service Supervisor preferred
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication ability
- Professional, proactive and team‑focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast‑paced department
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
