You will provide administrative support to the HR Team, take pride in your work and have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
What will you be doing?
- Maintaining Employee Records
- Updating the HRIS (Success Factors) and running reports
- Providing data for payroll processing
- Preparing HR documents such as contracts and new starter packs
- Processing employee requests
- Managing the HR email inbox
- Annual leave calculations
- Conducting compliance checks
- Sickness Absence Management (data input and processing)
What skills will you have?
- Experience of working in an HR Administrative role
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience of using a HRIS
- Be able to adapt to using new software/systems easily and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and ADOBE sign.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Understand the importance of GDPR and be able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
