Gymfinity Kids, in partnership with Beth Tweddle Gymnastics, is the UK's leading provider of gymnastics and activity based clubs for children. We're growing fast, and we're looking for enthusiastic, energetic coaches from all sporting backgrounds to join our exciting programme at Chatham.

Job Type: Employed, Part-time and flexible hours

Responsibilities:

  • Lead fun, safe, and engaging gymnastics and Ninja sessions for children
  • Plan and deliver activities that help children develop skills and confidence
  • Communicate professionally and positively with parents, teachers, and team members
  • Support team development and identify training needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for children and families
  • Contribute to team meetings and share ideas to improve our programme
  • Be a positive role model and ambassador for Gymfinity Kids

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 2 (or above) in coaching or willingness to train through our in-house programme
  • Experience in sports or coaching (gymnastics background preferred but not essential)
  • Confidence working with children in group settings
  • Friendly, motivated, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Desire to grow and develop within the company

  • You must complete an enhanced DBS check before starting the role (we'll guide you through the process).
  • Ideal for Candidates With Experience As: PE Assistant or Teacher, Sports Coach, Youth Activity Leader, Fitness Coach (especially for children)
