Main responsibility of this role is to lead a team of Catering & Events Supervisors in the delivery of catering, events, food and beverage services by providing daily operational guidance, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed and being accountable for the quality of service provided.
The Catering and Events Operations Team Leader has a vital leadership role within the wider catering team, with significant responsibility to deliver successful events and ensure our long-term success and sustainability. The post holder will hold a pivotal role in developing the highest possible levels of service and customer engagement.
This is a full-time post based in Pollock Halls, 18 Holyrood Park Road, Edinburgh, EH16 5AY.
