Be part of the matchday experience. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Members to join our team at Easter Road Stadium.
Working across hospitality lounges, food service areas, kiosks, and event spaces, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent food and beverage service to supporters and guests during Hibernian FC matchdays and a variety of events throughout the year. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for hospitality, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Working across hospitality lounges, food service areas, kiosks, and event spaces to deliver excellent food and beverage service to supporters and guests during matchdays and events.
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Taking and processing card payments using EPOS systems.
- Providing excellent customer service to supporters, guests, and hospitality clients.
- Assisting with food preparation, presentation, and service where required.
- Ensuring food displays, service counters, and hospitality areas remain fully stocked and presentable.
- Supporting the team to maintain quick and efficient service during busy periods.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of food service areas before and after events.
- Working across a variety of hospitality and food service areas throughout the stadium as required.
- Following food safety procedures and maintaining good allergen awareness, responding appropriately to customer enquiries when required.
Standards & Compliance
- Keeping workstations, service areas, and back of house spaces clean and organised.
- Maintaining high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
- Reporting any maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to supervisors and managers promptly.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality, catering, food service, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and allergen awareness.
- Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
