Be part of the matchday experience. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Members to join our team at Easter Road Stadium.

Working across hospitality lounges, food service areas, kiosks, and event spaces, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent food and beverage service to supporters and guests during Hibernian FC matchdays and a variety of events throughout the year. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for hospitality, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Working across hospitality lounges, food service areas, kiosks, and event spaces to deliver excellent food and beverage service to supporters and guests during matchdays and events.
  • Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
  • Taking and processing card payments using EPOS systems.
  • Providing excellent customer service to supporters, guests, and hospitality clients.
  • Assisting with food preparation, presentation, and service where required.
  • Ensuring food displays, service counters, and hospitality areas remain fully stocked and presentable.
  • Supporting the team to maintain quick and efficient service during busy periods.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of food service areas before and after events.
  • Working across a variety of hospitality and food service areas throughout the stadium as required.
  • Following food safety procedures and maintaining good allergen awareness, responding appropriately to customer enquiries when required.

Standards & Compliance

  • Keeping workstations, service areas, and back of house spaces clean and organised.
  • Maintaining high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
  • Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
  • Reporting any maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to supervisors and managers promptly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hospitality, catering, food service, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and allergen awareness.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
