Pay rates ranging from £11.75 to £13.10 per hour depending on your age and benefits.

About the role: Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.

  • Listening to and understanding customers’ needs and advising customers about our products and services.
  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that stock is replenished daily while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure that stock is merchandised to enhance sales.
  • Ensure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success: Previous retail experience not required; training will be provided. We are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who can make our customers smile and provide the best experience.
