Responsibilities
- Work on customers' vehicles in the car park and on bikes in store, delivering fitted parts, technology fitting, cycle building and servicing.
- Apply practical problem solving skills to work quickly and efficiently for each customer.
- Tailor your approach to provide a customer focused sales experience.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering excellent customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
- Proactive attitude to help customers and understand their needs.
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
- Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair is an advantage.
- Experience of achieving sales targets is an advantage.
