- Be available to travel to our care packages in Market Rasen, Wragby and the surrounding areas.
As a Home Care Assistant based in Market Rasen, you will be paid £12.71 per hour plus mileage at £0.30 per mile and travel time at £12.71 per hour, working 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm covering Market Rasen, Wragby and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting).
- Supporting medication and meal preparation.
- Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
Qualifications & Requirements

- A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- No experience necessary; we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
