We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Campus Manager to join us on a permanent basis to lead our Reading campus academic operations and help shape an exceptional learning environment for both students and colleagues.
This is a key leadership role within our Vocational Faculty, responsible for overseeing programme delivery, supporting academic teams, enhancing student outcomes, and strengthening the University's presence within the local professional and educational community.
As our Campus Manager, you will:
- Provide leadership and ensure the successful delivery of programmes to the highest academic and professional standards.
- Work closely with Faculty leadership and wider University teams to lead the delivery of all programmes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Lead and develop a highly performing academic team.
- Drive an outstanding student experience through excellent teaching delivery and campus engagement.
- Support student recruitment initiatives alongside business development and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, universities, businesses and legal communities.
- Contribute to campus planning, resource management and operational performance.
- Promote continuous improvement across teaching quality, student satisfaction and campus operations.
- Support staff development, workload planning and people management activity.
- Represent the campus internally and externally to enhance the University's profile.

Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor, barrister, or equivalent professional background.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Proven ability to deliver results and meet targets.
- Experience in education, legal, or commercial environments.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive growth.
