Kennedys is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our Medical Law team based in London, Cambridge, or Birmingham. This role involves managing Court of Protection matters including urgent medical treatment decisions and providing healthcare advisory support on complex issues.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ UK relevant experience with strong expertise in Mental Health Law. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our recognized Healthcare Division.
