The main purpose of the Office Manager's role is to take ultimate responsibility for the smooth running of the office and supporting the Business Support Manager in maintaining the home's HR and financial administrative systems which enable maximum performance of the business and excellent service to our customers. You will also support the Customer Service Supervisor.
