PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join a PRIMIS linked Mortgage Advisory business linked to an Estate Agency business in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. The business is a Mortgage Advisory business with partnerships with 20‑branch independent Estate Agency businesses in the Bedford and Cambridge (and surrounding) geography.
Responsibilities
- Drive a team of circa 20 experienced Mortgage Advisors
- Manage the all-important Estate Agency relationships
- Drive the sales result with support from several PRIMIS Area Supervision Managers
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have extensive management experience within an Estate Agency linked financial services business and live in the Bedford / Cambridge area.
Compensation
The OTE for the role is circa £85,000 plus higher earnings for over‑achievement. The basic salary is from £50,000+ DOE and negotiable.
