As a Head Chef, you are the heart of the kitchen, working closely with the General Manager. You will lead the kitchen with passion, enthusiasm and the highest standards. We are looking for an authentic leader who manages the finer details of a high volume, fast paced kitchen. - Partnering with the General Manager to recruit, onboard and inspire the best kitchen talent while building a loyal and high performing team.
- Managing food costs and kitchen labour in line with budgets.
