What you’ll do:

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service across all catering areas at all times.
  • Support food preparation, presentation, and efficient service during busy periods.
  • Operate tills accurately, handle customer transactions, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across front of house, counters, and dining areas.
  • Follow all food safety, health & safety, COSHH procedures, and support stock control and replenishment as required.

What you bring:

  • Proactive, reliable, and customer focused with a positive can do attitude.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, showing flexibility and adaptability.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Previous catering or hospitality experience is desirable, along with knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards.
