A well established and growing Commercial Property team in Cambridge is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate (3+ PQE) to join its practice and support continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on high quality commercial real estate matters within a collaborative and supportive environment, providing both autonomy and access to experienced partners for guidance and development.

The Role

The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and renewals
  • Secured lending and property finance
  • Development work, including options and overage
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Corporate support on acquisitions and disposals

About You

The firm welcomes applications from solicitors with around 3-5 years' PQE, though candidates outside this range will also be considered. You will bring:

  • Solid experience in Commercial Property
  • Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
  • The ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate support
  • A proactive, client focused approach
  • Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
