About the role
As a Chef you are the heart of our open kitchen. From rolling dough to twirling pasta you make the magic happen in the theatre of the restaurant. We're looking for someone with a passion for food and a drive to make sure every plate is perfect. What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking our menu to spec in a busy, high energy open kitchen
- Taking absolute pride in the presentation and quality of every dish that leaves your station
- Knowing our menu and specs inside and out to ensure consistency and speed
- Working closely with the whole restaurant team to keep service running smoothly
- Maintain a spotless kitchen and following all food safety procedures
