Your Role
As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Cambridge residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands on leadership role with clear career pathways and long term opportunities.
