We have an exciting opportunity for Assistant Business Manager at our Byredo Selfridges counter. You will be responsible for assisting the team and, when the Store Manager is absent, assume the store management responsibilities. You will also be responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and developing fragrance consultants to the next level.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Account Manager / Assistant Business Manager / Key Holder / Assistant Store Manager role
- Previous experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion or luxury industry
- Positive mindset to handle short notice schedule changes and adapt quickly
- Ability to adapt to various promotions, product launches, or store-specific activities
- Self sufficient and motivated to work independently, prioritizing workload
