The Opportunity

The Assistant Store Manager will collaborate with the Store Manager to run the Byredo Covent Garden Store on a full time basis (5 days per week, 37.5 hours). Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales performance
  • Motivating the sales team
  • Ensuring product knowledge and fragrance profiling
  • Managing client relations
  • Overseeing special events
  • Maintaining staffing levels and payroll costs while ensuring smooth day to day operations

Qualifications

  • Experience in a retail environment with proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Line management experience, capable of inspiring and developing teams.
  • Confidence in leading HR conversations, recruiting, and delivering a strong candidate experience.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and passion for driving business plans to achieve results.
  • Experience with clienteling and building relationships within the local community to drive brand awareness and events.
