The Opportunity
The Assistant Store Manager will collaborate with the Store Manager to run the Byredo Covent Garden Store on a full time basis (5 days per week, 37.5 hours). Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales performance
- Motivating the sales team
- Ensuring product knowledge and fragrance profiling
- Managing client relations
- Overseeing special events
- Maintaining staffing levels and payroll costs while ensuring smooth day to day operations
Qualifications
- Experience in a retail environment with proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Line management experience, capable of inspiring and developing teams.
- Confidence in leading HR conversations, recruiting, and delivering a strong candidate experience.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and passion for driving business plans to achieve results.
- Experience with clienteling and building relationships within the local community to drive brand awareness and events.
