As the Buying Admin Assistant, you'll be right at the heart of how our brands collections come to life. You'll be a vital assistance to the Assistant Buyer and Buyer on the department, directly contributing to the development and delivery of our range that sets our brand apart. Our offices are based in Euston, London.
What You'll Do:
- Be the go‑to‑person for the critical path, tracking timelines and ensuring every stage of the product lifecycle runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Take ownership of sample management, from organisation and tracking to preparing samples for meetings, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
- Actively contribute to analysing competitor activity and the latest seasonal trends, helping us stay ahead of the curve and inform our future brands collections.
- Play a key role in coordinating and preparing for range sign‑off meetings, managing our systems and processes that keep our department moving forward seamlessly.
- Gain deep knowledge of our business and actively contribute to the creation of a profitable range.
