What we're looking for:
Ready to dive into a vibrant workplace where your Customer Service and Administrative skills can shine. Quick learner with exceptional eye for detail, an energetic, positive and enthusiastic approach, excellent telephone manner and ability to build strong client relationships. Willing to follow set processes while knowing when to use your initiative. If you can answer yes to those questions, you could be just what we are looking for. Customer Service is at the forefront of this role - you will be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, delivering consistent exceptional client handling. Reporting into a Team Leader, you will join a team of Business Travel Administrators sharing wider duties. Managing email, high volume call handling, reporting, project work and departmental support across all areas of the business. Independent worker who thrives on teamwork - we want to hear from you!
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Answer and manage all incoming calls, managing expectations at all times.
- Log all incoming accommodation and travel requirements and provide information on turnaround times.
- Monitor all incoming email inboxes, loading new enquiries or amendments and responding to or forwarding emails as required.
- Operate the chat box/WhatsApp function on Inntel's booking tool.
- Create client profiles and manage client databases.
- Process VCC (virtual credit card) payments for bookings.
- Support all client implementation plans as required.
- Assist in the training of new starters from other departments.
- Support with specific projects and general reviews as required.
- Support with Audits, H&S and Compliance checks.
- Practice total quality commitment, to the mutual benefit of the company and its clients.
- Any other office support tasks as required.
