Responsibilities

  • Can manage key school administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Is organised, proactive, and able to prioritise a varied workload.
  • Communicates clearly with staff, parents, contractors, and the Trust team.
  • Can handle finance processes such as invoices, payments, and basic reconciliations.
  • Is confident managing HR admin, staff records, and required census returns.
  • Pays attention to detail in safeguarding, data protection, and health & safety compliance.
  • Can support site operations, lettings, and contractor liaison when needed.
  • Is flexible, reliable, and committed to supporting the smooth running of the school.
