We're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Partnerships Lead to join our Partnerships team in London. You'll be identifying partners that have the trust of potential Wise Business customers. You'll sell the benefits of the Wise Business Product, set up a partnership and manage set up end to end. Our product is universally useful, yet many people still don't understand how they are losing out to hidden fees. For this reason your scope of partnership opportunities will be endless. There is a big opportunity here to work with our referral team, Wise Platform, B2B sales team and Business Marketing squad.

To support you in your role, you'll work closely with our operational teams and current Business partnerships squad to help communicate with your partners and their staff directly. You'll need to be hands on and help onboard the new business clients. Once the strategy is created, you are driving new business and volume for Wise; there is potential to scale the team Globally by hiring within the B2B section of our department.

This role is ideal for candidates with mid - senior level experience (10+ years in relevant roles) who are passionate about unlocking true value through new partnerships. Ideally you'll have knowledge of the industry and how to sell a global business account so you can get started straight away and lead the team to success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Business partnerships end to end
  • Suggest different payment options and integrations to make sure Wise is promoted to the partners audience (CPA, CPC, Fixed Fee, CPL, Rev Share and anything else you can think of!)
  • Regularly review current spend vs acquisition to ensure partners are meeting desired KPIs. Where they are not, take appropriate action to rectify
  • Speak directly with larger partners & train their teams
  • Report to senior leaders on 1 year, 2 year and 5 year projections on investment vs return
  • Work with partnership managers to drive Business growth within SEO Content and influencer affiliates
  • Find more Wise Business customers
  • Sell Wise Business to potential clients (partners and customers)
  • Manage pipeline of deals from sourcing prospects, outreaching, commercial negotiation to deal closing
  • Create theories, test and then scale new partnership verticals
  • Be a relentless networker. Build your network within the industry and use these connections to make new deals and convert customers
  • Work with Wise Business events team to maximise partnerships from in person activations
  • Create vertical specific pitch decks and any supporting marketing material needed to target the partners' audience
Data Analysis
  • Monitor partner performance on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis and relate results back to specific activities
  • Forecast performance / spend across all Business partnerships
  • Understand time input vs return in each project area
  • Split out natural growth and incremental activities
