Working closely with internal teams, you will manage leads through the CRM system, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to ongoing business growth. Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact prospective clients via telephone and email to promote services and generate leads
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their business needs

  • Manage and update all lead activity within the CRM system accurately and efficiently

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in a business development, telesales, or similar role
  • Strong telephone skills with a proven ability to generate leads
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage and track sales activity
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport
