Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target key clients – operators, service companies, and engineering firms
- Proactively generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing
- Develop proposals, lead technical presentations, and negotiate contracts
Project & Commercial
- Project manage engagements from sale through to delivery
- Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Protect and advance both client and Control Cutter's commercial interests
- Identify upselling opportunities and maximise revenue and margins
Client Relationships
- Cultivate long lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Act as a trusted advisor demonstrating ongoing value of our solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to foster repeat business
- Represent Control Cutter at industry conferences and trade shows
- Develop deep technical understanding of Control Cutter's products
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Provide regular market insights and sales forecasts to Group Head of Sales
- Collaborate with operations teams for smooth sales‑to‑execution handover
Qualifications & Experience
