About the vacancy

The role plays an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly, providing vital support across both administrative and client-facing areas. Duties will include general office tasks, maintaining accurate records, assisting clients with their enquiries, and helping match them with the right services (full training provided).

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to your department
  • Opening files and liaising with solicitors and estate agents
  • Assist in document preparation, printing, scanning and formatting
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, correspondence and mail
  • Manage and organise legal documents, case files, and records
  • Maintain and update electronic filing systems
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • Answer and direct phone calls and enquiries in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors when they visit the office
  • Request and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned

Training

You will receive the following training: Business Administrator L3 Standard. This qualification requires college attendance once per month.

Outcome

We are offering the right person a long-term career and a permanent position within the company upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. The starting salary is £14,560 a year for 35 hours Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 9 Months.

We are based at 14 Market Street, Bury, BL9 0AJ.
