As our Retail Manager, you'll play an important part in helping people enjoy their day and generating crucial funds for the National Trust to invest in protecting and caring for places. Hours & Salary

  • Annualised hours - 1950 hours per year with flexible weekly hours averaging 37.5, paid in 12 equal instalments.
  • Salary is £29,367 per annum.
  • Duration: Permanent.

What you'll be doing

Your focus every day will be on your customers: going out of your way to ensure they're having their best possible day. You'll lead your team, encouraging them to speak to people, listen, and inspire them to understand the impact of their sales on the Trust's work. You'll set ambitious targets and work together to achieve them through high standards of customer service and retail presentation.
