Teamforce Labour is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Marshall (Traffic Marshal) to start immediately on a busy construction site in Buntingford (SG9).
The Role
You will be responsible for controlling vehicle movements on site, ensuring safe access and egress, and maintaining a high standard of traffic management to support ongoing site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Directing and controlling the safe movement of vehicles and plant on site
- Managing site access points and ensuring correct entry/exit procedures
- Assisting with deliveries and coordinating with site teams
- Maintaining pedestrian and vehicle segregation where required
- Ensuring all traffic routes remain clear and safe
- Communicating effectively with drivers, plant operators, and site management
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS
- Previous experience in a similar role on construction or civils sites
- Strong awareness of site safety and traffic management procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
