Teamforce Labour is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Marshall (Traffic Marshal) to start immediately on a busy construction site in Buntingford (SG9).

The Role

You will be responsible for controlling vehicle movements on site, ensuring safe access and egress, and maintaining a high standard of traffic management to support ongoing site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directing and controlling the safe movement of vehicles and plant on site
  • Managing site access points and ensuring correct entry/exit procedures
  • Assisting with deliveries and coordinating with site teams
  • Maintaining pedestrian and vehicle segregation where required
  • Ensuring all traffic routes remain clear and safe
  • Communicating effectively with drivers, plant operators, and site management
  • Adhering to all site health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS
  • Previous experience in a similar role on construction or civils sites
  • Strong awareness of site safety and traffic management procedures
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
