£13.00 per hour (basic). Enhanced overtime rate from 40 hours. Hours of Work: 30 hours per week, 4-10pm, worked over 5 days, weekdays and weekends. Applicants looking for full time work would also work in our other hospitality venues.

Based at our onsite hotel, this postholder will support the Chef by maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Qualifications- Basic food preparation and cooking of simple hot food skills
- Experience of working successfully in a small team in a busy catering environment
- A positive, 'can do' attitude and commitment to the team, including punctuality and reliability
- Great attention to detail and the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently and multi-task, without compromise to standards
- The ability to see what needs to be done and to take ownership for completing the task
- The ability to follow instructions, schedules and processes, use appropriate initiative and communicate effectively
- Suitable physical ability and stamina, specifically in relation to deep cleaning duties and being kept busy and active
- Professional and personal values that align to our company values
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate (desirable, but can complete in post)
- A full UK driving licence to aid onsite movement (desirable)
- Comfortable and confident with front of house (public facing) duties to assist Front of House team in service as required, and have high standards of personal presentation and hygiene
- Health and safety (including COSHH and fire), and environmental aware and focused
