As part of EssilorLuxottica, we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role within our Retail Marketing team in London. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our mono-brand strategy across five markets and drive real commercial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the marketing calendar across UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark
  • Activate campaigns end-to-end across stores, CRM, digital and social
  • Translate global brand direction into locally relevant, high-impact activations
  • Bring our stores to life through experiential events, VIP moments and partnerships
  • Collaborate with Regional and Store teams to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Manage agencies and suppliers from brief to delivery
  • Drive traffic, engagement and commercial performance across our mono brands

What You’ll Bring

  • You're a confident, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast moving retail environment and knows how to connect brand to performance.
  • You are:
    • Energetic, proactive and results driven
    • Creative with a strong commercial mindset
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
    • Adaptable, resilient and comfortable managing multiple priorities
    • A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams
  • You have:
    • 5+ years’ experience in brand or retail marketing (fashion, beauty or luxury retail preferred)
    • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and traffic driving strategies
    • Proven ability to brief agencies and manage projects end to end
    • Confidence managing budgets and measuring performance
    • Strong stakeholder management across cross functional teams
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
